  • Support the implementation and monitoring of the continuous improvement of the company’s occupational health and safety standards, procedures and programs, ensuring compliance with national laws.
  • Support the monitoring of the implementation of corrective / preventive actions that originate in the root cause analysis
  • Support in updating the company’s internal databases with the required occupational health and safety statistics.
  • Support in updating the databases required by current national regulations on occupational health and safety issues.
  • Support the programming and implementation of occupational health and safety training plans for the entire company.
  • Support the implementation of monitoring programs for psychosocial and ergonomic factors, etc.
  • Support the programming of the execution of the initial, periodic and final occupational medical examinations of the company’s workers.
  • Support the periodic review of the evaluation of the risks and dangers of the company’s headquarters.
  • Support in the drafting of the documentation of internal audits of safety and health at work of the company, monitoring of corrective actions and monitoring of the evolution of the results of audit activities.
  • Support in the programming and drafting of drills.
  • Support keeping documented HSE records such as Work Permits, training records, hazar, etc.
  • Support maintaining the integrity of the SSO when planning and implementing changes to it.
  • Support the control of purchase orders and payments related to the SSO areas
  • Support in the request for information and prepare documents for new suppliers, for Risk Assessment request and Vendor creation. update these.
  • Support in the preparation of documents to request purchase orders for annual recurring services
  • Support in the registration of PR and/or PO in SAP
  • Support in the registration of invoices for payment (GR) in SAP.
  • Support in the processes of renewal and creation of contracts with suppliers.
  • Support in the confirmation in SAP and verify the approval process of purchase orders, supplier data.
  • Support in the area of ​​operations of the operational part of Petty Cash, supplies, worker files.


  • Students of the 7th cycle or more in Industrial Engineering or related career
  • Preferably experience in some of the training areas indicated. (Not essential)
  • Microsoft Office (Excel – intermediate or advanced)
  • Intermediate English (Preferred)
  • Management to work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills
  • Good skills to work in high performance teams.
